Welcome to KAWAIIFACTORY.COM website terms and conditions. We always try to make your shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable with us! So please read through carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/ or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Right to cancel
Under UK Distance Selling regulations you have a number of legal rights. One of these is the right to cancel any order you have made and to receive a full refund.
Once you have received your order you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days in which you can return the product provided the item is undamaged, unused, and in original condition.
For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are non returnable unless we are at fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the product(s) have not been dispatched we will cancel the order and full payment will be refunded.
If the product(s) have been dispatched to you and we are unable to prevent the delivery, you should refuse to sign for the delivery so that the products(s) are returned to us and we will refund you once the goods have been returned to us. Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Note: Return carriage costs paid by the customer.
Returns Policy
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty, you would need to let us know within the 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.
Remember, when returning any goods, it’s your responsibility until they reach us. Return shipping charges are also your own responsibility which is non refundable. As soon as we have received the goods and have checked it’s in original condition, we will soon credit your refund back to your account with the same method used when purchased.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on you monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate only; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
